How it Works

CollegeDrop is a growing directory of college resources. It’s goal is to provide students with the best college resources to help them excel in school. Students are encouraged to add their favorite resources to the directory for free. To submit a resource, you must register on CollegeDrop.com (which only takes a second). User entries will be reviewed by an administrator, and if accepted will be added to the directory.

Submit Resources

• Do a quick search to make sure the resource isn’t already on the site.
• Make sure you include a screenshot of the website.
• Include a good description of the resource.
• Add plenty of tags, so others can find exactly what they are looking for.
• Provide the URL.

Description field
Be sure to provide a good description of the resource you are submitting, so users will get an idea of what the resource is about. Also, when writing a description for a site you are about to bookmark, be aware of the fact that this will be crucial for our internal ’search engine’. Other users will find the resource easier if description terms match more to the category of your bookmark.

Tags field
Remember, using right keywords will help search engines to find your site much easier and eventually position it better in search results! The more tags, the merrier.

Each resource has a 5 star rating system. If you have had a good experience with a resource, vote it up. If not, vote it down.
